Job Responsibilities Summary :  

  • Engage and qualify our warm B2B leads from our state of the art Salesforce CRM. 
  • Provide risk based solutions to help, mitigate and prevent future losses within the business.   
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, Zoom & on-site visitation.
  • Identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate curiosity. 
  • Assist in developing a risk management program to help them reduce losses, lowering their cost of risk financing. 
  • Present your ideas & plan designs, becoming their trusted Risk Advisor. 
  • Earn significant residual commissions & fees for your business acumen, year after year. 

Skills/Experience : 

  • A motivated, driven self-starter with a track record of success who always wanted to have their own business. This opportunity is built for people who always wanted to own their own business, but never had the knowledge or capital to get into the risk finance business. 


Skills required:

  • Strategic planning

  • Opportunity qualification and objection handling

  • Call structure and control

  • Time and territory management.

  • College degree preferred but NOT required! 


Risk  Development Track: We have a training program to help you learn our systems and sales processes. Once you graduate from our Risk Advisor Development Track there will be ongoing mentoring and training throughout the tenure of your employment at Metropolitan Risk. We are invested in your success, as we pay you to learn our business !

Experience: 2-4Years of experience BUSINESS sales or related field required. 

 We place an emphasis on skill sets rather than experience. If you fit our talent profile and skill set but lack the experience, it's okay! We have a training  & mentorship program to teach you our formula for success.

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus ( commiserate with experience)
